
Originally from Espoo, Finland, Emilia graduated from the Hungarian Dance University in 2018, specializing in classical ballet and rehearsal coaching. During her studies, she took courses in pedagogy, psychology, anatomy, and kinesiology, among others, and completed her teaching practicum.
To deepen her understanding of performance psychology, Emilia earned an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Staffordshire University. In her classes, she always aims to foster focus, self-confidence, and emotional resilience while working the body and artistry.
Emilia has worked as a professional dancer in dance companies and projects in Hungary, Spain, Italy, and France. She is currently based in Budapest, where she teaches, coaches, and performs in both Argentine tango and contemporary dance.
